Established by Rich Cronin in 2005 after Rich was diagnosed with Acute Mylogeneous Leukemia to help promote awareness about the importance of volunteer bone marrow registry. The Hope Foundation has facilitated over 2500 registrations to the Be the Match registry and continues to be a major presence in the cancer care community through its Marrow for Life, Hope Strides, and Hope Sings initiatives.
Did you know that when you attend a bone marrow drive you fill out some paperwork if you are between 18-44, swab your mouth 4 times and you are done! No cost. Just a few minutes to save a life! Join us at one of our upcoming events and Get Swabbed.
We are looking to hold Bone Marrow Drives throughout New England. We can do drives at your business, on your campus and for someone in need. It costs you nothing to donate and we only need some paperwork and a cheek swab to get you on the Be The Match registry! Contact us today about holding your own Drive. You can also support RCHF by purchasing a T-Shirt or Bracelet.
